Nongda Fertilizer has consistently focused on the harmonious integration of soil and fertilizer, and its establishment of the Soil and Fertilizer Industry Alliance is a direct manifestation of this commitment.

(Reported by Xin Guang) On February 27, the National Soil and Fertilizer Industry Alliance was officially established in Beijing. More than 300 representatives from relevant government departments—including the Ministry of Agriculture, the Environmental and Resources Committee of the National People’s Congress, the Ministry of Land and Resources, and the Ministry of Environmental Protection—along with industry organizations, research institutions, and enterprises, attended the inaugural conference. The Soil and Fertilizer Industry Alliance was initiated under the leadership of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, with Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. among the first batch of founding members and serving as a standing director unit of the alliance.

The Alliance will adopt the theme “Farmland Conservation + Controlled Fertilizer Application Action Plan,” focusing on integrated, innovative development of the soil and fertilizer industry to transform the production, management, and service systems of both crop and livestock sectors. It will contribute to the advancement of new‑type agricultural production, while broadly uniting its members to foster exchanges and cooperation within the soil and fertilizer sector, drive technological progress, and facilitate the effective alignment between the industry’s innovation ecosystem and emerging agricultural industries.

As a member of the industry alliance, Nongda Fertilizer has, since its inception, been dedicated to innovative research on the balanced nutritional needs of crops, soil, and fertilizers. Its portfolio of cutting-edge fertilizer products—including humic acid fertilizers, controlled‑release fertilizers, soil conditioners, and biofertilizers—provides crops with highly efficient nutrients while simultaneously improving and restoring soil health. By participating in the establishment of the Soil and Fertilizer Industry Alliance, Nongda Fertilizer will leverage its two decades of pioneering expertise in crops, soil, and fertilizers to deepen efforts under the alliance’s thematic focus on “farmland conservation and rational fertilizer application.” The company will promote the development of advanced fertilizers, soil conditioners, measures to enhance farmland quality, zero‑growth strategies for chemical fertilizer use, and comprehensive agricultural services, striving to become a committed advocate for the harmonious integration of crops, soil, and fertilizers. In doing so, it aims to contribute to the long-term, sustainable advancement of agricultural modernization, food and soil security, and ecological environmental protection.
