Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. solemnly held its 2016 Spring Festival gathering.

(This website reports, by Xin Guang) On February 14, the first day after the Spring Festival holiday, the company held a grand 2016 New Year gathering in the conference room on the sixth floor of the Research Building. Company General Manager Ma Xuewen, Vice President of Technology Ding Fangjun, Vice President of Production Ma Xuezhi, Vice President of Sales Lu Shouzun, along with nearly 300 directors of various centers, supervisors, and team leaders or above, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Ge Yuming, Director of the Strategic Development Center.

Zhang Ming, Director of the Operations Management Center, briefed all employees on the 2016 KPI targets for each center, thereby setting the direction for their work. The three deputy general managers—responsible for production, sales, and technology—each provided a brief review of their 2015 performance and outlined the key priorities for 2016.

At the meeting, General Manager Ma Xuewen delivered an important address. He analyzed the broader domestic and international economic environment and the industry landscape, further clarifying the company’s future development plan and strategic objectives. He then outlined the key priorities for 2016, organizing them around “one reiteration, two areas of focus, and four requirements.”

General Manager Ma cited the saying, “When hearts are united in virtue, they share a common cause; when hearts are united in purpose, they become comrades,” to highlight the distinction between “colleagues” and “comrades.” He expressed his hope that all employees would stand together in unity and forge ahead with unwavering resolve, elevating the company’s overall strength to new heights and striving to build a century‑long enterprise. General Manager Ma urged every employee to serve as an ambassador for the company’s brand, a creator of an excellent working environment, a practitioner of Nongda’s vision, and a promoter of agricultural science and technology. Together, they should dedicate themselves to “enabling more farmers to access better fertilizers,” accelerate the realization of the company’s new vision, and jointly contribute to the success of a great Nongda Fertilizer enterprise.
