On February 4, 2016, the company held a grand year-end summary and awards ceremony in the sixth-floor conference room of the Research Building. The event provided a comprehensive review of the company’s 2015 performance, recognized outstanding employees for their hard work and selfless dedication over the past year, awarded cash bonuses to departments and individuals that exceeded their targets, and outlined key priorities for 2016.
Vice President of Technology Ding Fangjun, Vice President of Production Ma Xuezhi, Vice President of Marketing Lu Shouzun, along with the directors of various centers and approximately 300 outstanding employees from all departments, attended the conference. Ding Fangjun read out the “Decision on Commending Outstanding Teams and Employees for 2015.” The meeting was chaired by Ge Yuming of the Strategic Development Center.
General Manager Ma Xuewen began by summarizing the company’s performance in 2015, noting that it was an exceptionally challenging year. Throughout the year, all employees of Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. remained firmly focused on the work plan and business objectives set at the beginning of the year, working in unison, delivering solid results, and striving with determination to overcome numerous challenges, thereby achieving growth against the market trend. He then outlined the key priorities for 2016, emphasizing areas such as marketing, project development, technological innovation, and foundational management.
