Enhancing Leadership Skills and Building High-Performing Teams — Nongda Fertilizer Organizes “Situational Leadership” Training

On January 15–16, the company organized a “Situational Leadership” training session led by Tai’an Huaxia Jingshi, aimed at enhancing managers’ leadership capabilities and overall competencies through the development of mindset, awareness, and practical skills, thereby further elevating management standards and fostering top‑tier teams and workgroups. The training was attended by heads of the company’s logistics department and all workshop directors and above.
The training focused on key topics such as the distinctions between management and leadership, managerial leadership behaviors and styles, and subordinates’ adaptability to different leadership approaches. It was delivered by Mr. Pan Peng, a specially invited certified instructor for “Field™ Leadership” in China and a contracted lecturer at Tsinghua University. Mr. Pan engaged participants in an in-depth analysis and discussion on how to differentiate between management and leadership, how to become an effective leader, how to achieve win‑win outcomes for both teams and employees, and how to exercise effective leadership.
Through this training, participants have gained a fresh understanding of leadership and leadership behaviors, and developed a deeper appreciation for how to adapt their leadership style and approach to different individuals and circumstances, thereby laying the groundwork for building high-performing teams going forward.
