On December 23, 2015, Hsieh Kun-hung, a member of the Central Standing Committee of the Kuomintang and Chairman of the Taiwan Young Elite Association, led a three-person delegation—including Lin Yu-cheng, General Manager of Taiwan Guangzhao Huisheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.—on a visit to Nongda Fertilizer Industry for an inspection and exchange. Li Huamin, Deputy Secretary of the Feicheng Municipal Party Committee, along with leaders from the Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office and the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture, accompanied the group, while Ma Xuewen, Chairman of the company, extended a warm welcome to the visiting guests.
During the visit, the two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the production of controlled-release fertilizers and humic acid fertilizers, and also reached an agreement on the production and supply of foliar fertilizers.
It is understood that Taiwan’s precision agriculture enjoys a global reputation, not only for its diverse range of agricultural products and long production chains, but also for its high technological content and well‑structured organizational framework. This strategic cooperation between the two sides will mark the beginning of Taiwan’s precision agriculture taking root and bearing fruit on the Chinese mainland. Moving forward, both parties will leverage their respective strengths, pursue mutual benefits, and foster shared development.
