It is reported that this year, a total of 1,473 institutions nationwide submitted applications; the company’s selection as one of the successful applicants represents high recognition of its R&D strength and technological innovation capabilities.
A postdoctoral research workstation is an industry–university–research institution established within enterprises that possess strong scientific research capabilities. With official approval, it may recruit and train postdoctoral researchers, helping companies attract high-caliber talent, encouraging the concentration of top-tier professionals in the corporate sector, and advancing both technological innovation and the development of a robust pipeline of research personnel. This successful accreditation will provide the company with a broad platform to cultivate, employ, and integrate more highly qualified technical experts who meet its strategic needs, thereby paving the way for new breakthroughs.
Going forward, the company will leverage the research platform of its postdoctoral workstation to actively recruit relevant doctoral talent, focusing on scientific and technological innovation in the research and development of cutting-edge, green, next-generation fertilizers. This effort will support product upgrades and enhancements, improve quality and efficiency, and drive technological progress and industrial development in China’s fertilizer sector, ensuring that more farmers have access to higher‑quality fertilizers.
