On June 28, a delegation of ten leaders from the Shanxi Provincial Post Office and its six subordinate city and county post offices visited our company for an inspection and talks, during which they signed an agreement to further strengthen cooperation.
Shanxi Province is located in the eastern part of the Loess Plateau and is a typical semi-arid region. The province’s annual average precipitation is less than 500 mm, with 70% concentrated during July, August, and September, resulting in uneven spatial and temporal distribution and significant north–south disparities. The main crops grown include wheat, corn, millet, and fruit trees.
