On February 11, Nongda Fertilizer Co., Ltd. held its 2019 Spring Festival gathering in the company’s sixth-floor conference room.
The meeting featured two agenda items: First, Li Hongqiang, Director of the Company’s Human Resources Center, provided a comprehensive review of the company’s major milestones in 2018, summarizing both achievements and areas for improvement across key areas such as business performance indicators, corporate accolades, market initiatives, internal management, and individual honors.
Second, Ma Xuewen delivered a report titled “We Must Eat Today’s Meals and Forge Tomorrow’s Path,” outlining the work plan for 2019 and the years ahead.
First, Ma Xuewen commended the company’s achievements in 2018, noting that all of Nongda Fertilizer Industry’s successes are attributable to every member of its team. He also extended his gratitude to all employees, as well as to the company’s extensive network of distributors and farmers, for their care and support.
To achieve greater growth in 2019, Ma Xuewen called on all employees of Nongda Fertilizer to focus on two key priorities: first, to clarify the strategic framework and identify corresponding action plans; second, to ensure rigorous implementation and address any shortcomings in execution.
In clarifying the strategic model, Ma Xuewen elaborated on three growth paths—climbing, skating, and gliding—and on the operating model of technology leadership driven by market demand, as well as the marketing approach of value‑for‑money communication. He also laid out specific tasks for each of these models.
In ensuring effective implementation, Ma Xuewen urged all employees of Nongda Fertilizer to firmly keep in mind the company’s mission—to help more farmers achieve greater and more substantial benefits—adhere to the overarching principle of prioritizing corporate performance, and approach both company objectives and individual KPIs with due respect, while also upholding the company’s established policies and procedures.
Meanwhile, Ma Xuewen urged all employees to align their personal development with the company’s overarching strategic direction, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, and strive to:
