On August 24, Wang Yuhan, Director of the Shenyang City Supply and Marketing Cooperative, led a delegation to visit Nongda Fertilizer Industry for an on-site inspection and held a symposium to discuss advancing in-depth strategic cooperation in the fertilizer sector. Accompanying the delegation were Wang Peng, Deputy Director of the Shenyang City Supply and Marketing Cooperative; Huang Di, Deputy General Manager of the Shenyang Supply and Marketing Group; Guan Lei, General Manager of Shenyang Xin Gongxiao Agricultural Inputs Co., Ltd.; and other senior officials. Ma Xuewen, Chairman of Nongda Fertilizer Industry, along with the company’s leadership, extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation.
Accompanied by Chairman Ma Xuewen, the delegation visited the company’s exhibition hall, its state-of-the-art production base, and its R&D center, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s efforts in developing new‑type fertilizers, innovating production processes, and establishing a robust quality‑control system. The guests were deeply impressed by Nongda Fertilizer Industry’s cutting‑edge technological capabilities, its stringent quality‑management system, and its large‑scale production capacity.
At the subsequent symposium, both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on topics including optimizing fertilizer product supply chains, innovating agrochemical service models, and supporting the green, high-quality development of agriculture in Northeast China. Chairman Ma Xuewen stated that Nongda Fertilizer Industry has consistently prioritized technological innovation, dedicating itself to the research, development, and production of high-efficiency, environmentally friendly new‑generation fertilizer products—areas that are highly complementary to the Shenyang City Supply and Marketing Cooperative’s extensive network and robust service capabilities. He expressed hope that, through this collaboration, premium fertilizer products and comprehensive agrochemical services could be delivered to farmers via the cooperative’s distribution network, thereby helping them achieve higher yields and increased incomes.
Wang Yuhán, Director of the Shenyang City Supply and Marketing Cooperative, expressed his appreciation for Nongda Fertilizer Industry’s achievements in fertilizer research and innovation, noting that the supply and marketing cooperative system is comprehensively deepening its comprehensive reform and actively building a modern agricultural service framework. Establishing strategic partnerships with enterprises like Nongda Fertilizer Industry—companies that combine strong R&D capabilities with a sense of social responsibility—will help strengthen the cooperative’s agro-input supply chain and enhance its capacity and quality of services to farmers. Deputy Director Wang Peng stated that this collaboration will provide higher‑quality, more reliable fertilizer products and technical support to agricultural production in the Shenyang region and throughout Liaoning Province, jointly contributing to national food security and the advancement of agricultural modernization.
It is reported that this fact-finding mission has laid a solid foundation for the two parties to subsequently sign a strategic cooperation agreement. Moving forward, Nongda Fertilizer and the Shenyang City Supply and Marketing Cooperative will fully leverage their respective strengths in products, technology, networks, and services, focusing on in-depth collaboration in areas such as the promotion of new‑type fertilizers, the dissemination of scientific fertilization techniques, and the development of agricultural demonstration fields. Together, they will pioneer a new model of agricultural input supply and marketing services, thereby supporting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
Both parties unanimously agree that this collaboration will usher in a new paradigm of integrated manufacturer‑service solutions, ultimately achieving mutual benefit and shared development, and making further, more substantial contributions to enhancing agricultural productivity and increasing farmers’ incomes.
