It aims to provide dealers and farmers in Northeast China with higher-quality products and services.

At the turn of the year, the Northeast region has been hit by heavy snowfall, with a sharp drop in temperatures and biting winds. Recently, the Shuangliao production base in Jilin held a grand groundbreaking ceremony, breaking the silence of the winter chill. In this early spring season, the controlled-release fertilizer production line at the Shuangliao base has begun operating on a two-shift schedule.
Establishing the Shuangliao production base is a key strategic move to expand the company’s presence in the Northeast market, aimed at providing distributors and farmers in the region with higher‑quality products and services.
However, implementing a two‑shift production schedule presents numerous challenges, with personnel emerging as the most critical factor. With the Spring Festival approaching and the Northeast experiencing extremely cold weather, recruiting staff has become particularly difficult. As early as late 2023, the Shuangliao Base’s Production Department, in close collaboration with the Headquarters’ Human Resources Department, adopted a forward‑looking strategy and took decisive action, mobilizing all employees to widely disseminate recruitment information across various new media platforms, including WeChat groups, Moments, and Douyin. This initiative not only succeeded in attracting suitable candidates but also enhanced the company’s visibility and influence, drawing even more job seekers.
Affected by severe cold weather, civil engineering work could not proceed, and only temporary wall panels were installed on the workshop walls. In the low‑temperature, snow‑covered conditions, both personnel and equipment faced significant challenges. During the initial phase of production, daily output was limited to just 50 tons. The Group headquarters actively coordinated to streamline critical processes, ensuring a stable supply of raw materials. Meanwhile, the Shuangliao base mobilized staff to meticulously commission and fine‑tune all equipment along the line, adopting a mentorship approach to help newly hired employees quickly acclimate to their roles and boost overall operational efficiency. Through sustained efforts, the controlled‑release fertilizer production line at the Shuangliao base ultimately achieved its target capacity.
With the concerted efforts of the Group’s leadership and all departments, the controlled-release fertilizer workshop at the Shuangliao Base has successfully achieved stable two-shift operations. As winter gives way to spring, all employees at the Shuangliao Production Base will continue to work together in unity, pooling their strengths to ensure timely product supply and consistent quality, thereby providing a more robust foundation for marketing activities.
